My first 0 to 90 day comparisons

I started the diet outlined on my blog for the last 2 weeks
of my 90 days, which is why the results aren't

My 0 to 90 day photos........188lbs and around 25% body fat to 164 lbs and 17.32% body fat.
There was no 0 day back pose....so here is the 30 day and 90 day comparison....
